Background and Objectives: The objective of this paper is to compare the visual outcomes and quality of life (QoL) after bilateral ultrathin Descemet’s stripping automated endothelial keratoplasty (UT-DSAEK) with bilateral penetrating keratoplasty (PK) for Fuchs’ endothelial dystrophy (FED).
